#Provincetownproject, Wasted Space

Wow!  4 weeks into my Provincetown Renovation and we are in the home stretch!  Almost everything has practically went off without a hitch and as we speak the floors are being prepared for stain!   Last week we finalized our paint color selections and there is nothing familiar about this house anymore, it's fresh and timeless in all the right places!

And onto the happiest of surprises...2 weeks ago, our contractor removed a wall and section of drywall and we found a nice little void that was approximately 2.5 ft x 5 ft!  Part of it, 2 sides, also backed up to 2 of the wood burning fireplaces in the house.  Lots of exposed brick and the rest is just insulation and studs.  I hate wasted space, so imagine how fast our wheels were turning...we got plans, big plans for a small space (that make sense?)!!   I LOVE surprises, so stay tuned!

My decor inventory is being stockpiled and I'm gearing up for the first half of our install next week!
